Phidiliah works with the AHB as Project Associate. She works closely with the projects department, supporting current projects.
Prior to joining AHB, Phidiliah worked at Plan International under the NILINDE-USAID funded project as a graduate trainee in health. She also worked with Plan International and University College of Dublin as a research officer then joined the UN Women as a junior consultant for the African Youth conference. She later joined the Young Leaders for Health organizing committee team as a content creator- health systems for a conference in Berlin.
Phidiliah holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in health systems management from the Kenya Methodist University, Kenya.
