Partnerships for COVID-19 in Africa: Financing Models

In response to the pandemic, emerging countries can benefit from innovative, low-cost models and should not simply replicate colonial models. This is both because the African context is different from more developed countries and also because Africa has the opportunity to adopt innovative technologies that can leapfrog the outdated legacy systems of developed countries.
